“Totally did not expect to pay a 22% sales Charge or high closing costs fees were 33% of sale price. Title insurance rate was 10% of sale. Proportionally base fees were high for vacant land. A streamlined fee structure should be in place for sales under $10,000. The people l dealt with were very nice helpful and understanding and apologetic for the expense.”
